 Appointments
Everyone’s time is valuable, we work on an
appointment basis in order to be efficient. Emergencies
do occur, which will occasionally cause delays in our
schedule. We do our best to honor your appointment time.
Late for Appointment
If you know that you will be more than 15 minutes
late for your appointment, please call to reschedule
your appointment time so that the scheduled times for
the other patients are not affected.
Special Appointments
In an effort to provide your child with the times
most convenient to you, we offer special hours during
school holidays and teacher workdays. We are also open
until 7pm on the third Tuesday of every month.
Missed Appointments and Cancellation
If you miss your appointment and fail to give a 24
hour notice you will be charged a $30.00 broken
appointment fee. If you find it necessary to cancel your
appointment, please give a 24 hour notice in order to
avoid a $30.00 broken appointment fee. |
