The third Tuesday of every month the office remains
open for
appoints until 6:00pm
After hours and weekends we will provide you with
emergency
phone numbers of the doctor on call.
We respectfully request payment at
the time of services.
If lengthy treatment is necessary, we will discuss
financial arrangements that meet your specific needs.
Our staff will be happy to assist you in any way
possible to make your experience as pleasant as
